Extend the pampering with our extras for longer visits. Guests staying four or more nights receive a complimentary exit bath, including our standard shampoo and towel drying. New customers can ease their pets into our environment with a free trial day of doggie daycare. We prioritize your pet’s health by recommending you bring their food from home and ensuring all dogs meet our vaccination and healthcare requirements for a worry-free and enjoyable stay.

Enrollment Process:

  • Complete and submit our online Enrollment Form before boarding or daycare.
  • Provide proof that vaccinations meet our requirements.
 
 

Food for Boarding:

  • It’s recommended to bring your pet’s food to reduce the chance of digestive issues.
  • We have a chicken and brown rice kibble available in-house.
 
 

Personal Items:

  • Feel free to bring your pet’s favorite blanket or bedding, toys, chews, and treats.
  • Familiar smells from home can provide comfort, especially at night.
 
 

Vaccination and Health Requirements:

  • Bordetella vaccination is required every 6 months.
  • Distemper group and Rabies vaccinations are required annually or every 3 years, depending on your veterinarian.
  • An annual negative fecal exam is mandatory, and no pets will be admitted with a positive fecal test.

  • Your pet is closely monitored during their stay.
  • In case of illness or injury, we contact you first and then your veterinarian.
  • If your veterinarian is unavailable, our consulting Vet, Dr. Doug Broderius, will be consulted for treatment.

Protocols

Dropping Off:

 

  1. Please use first come/first serve etiquette and practice social distancing by waiting in your vehicle (if applicable) during pick up and drop off.
  2. Open the outside gate to the kennel and put your dog(s) inside this kennel. DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING
  3. Please remove his/her leash and take it with you.
  4. Any necessary treats/food or medicine should be marked accordingly and left in basket within the gating system. We are not accepting any other belongings.
  5. Upon exit, close and latch the gate. The gate latch will be sanitized between each use. Our staff will retrieve your dog(s) and bring them in to the facility.
  6. We will use our disinfected/sanitized slip leads to retrieve your dog(s).
  7. All containers used for treats, food and medicine will be sanitized with Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide wipes prior to coming in our facility.
 

Picking Up:

  1. Please use first come/first serve etiquette when picking up your dog(s).
  2. Practice Social Distancing while waiting for your dog(s).
  3. We will bring your dog(s) out on one of our slip leads. If you prefer, we can tether the slip lead and you can use this to retrieve your dog and take him/her to your car.
  4. Once done, please return the slip lead to the designated bucket so that we can disinfect and sanitize the lead. If you prefer to use your leash, we will remove our slip lead prior to you retrieving your dog(s).
  5. All payments will be taken via phone and credit card unless prior arrangements are made.

Boarding Hours

Monday: Friday -7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 to 12:00 noon
Sunday: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Pickup only)

*Daycare and play groups are included with Boarding on the day your dog checks in and until noon the next day. If picked up after 12:00, you will be charged a 1/2 day of daycare.

We are in Shawnee, KS at 20614 West 47th Street. We are 2 miles West of I-435 and the Holliday Drive exit.

We recommend you bring your pet’s food to lessen the chance of a digestive disturbance. We do have available a chicken and brown rice kibble in house.

We monitor your pet closely while they are with us. Should your pet become ill or injured we contact you first and then your veterinarian. If your veterinarian is unavailable, we would then contact a trusted animal hospital nearby to receive any necessary treatment.

Yes, we do implement Peak Pricing during holidays and high demand periods. For detailed information regarding specific dates and pricing during these times, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. Please give us a call, and our team will be more than happy to answer any questions!

  • Yes, our front desk is closed on most major holidays. While our front desk is closed, we will still have staff working in the back to ensure your pets are receiving excellent care and love.
